How can I order at auf lapmed.de?
When you have chosen one of our items that can be bougth directly please proceed as follows:
- Cart: Choose your desired item and add it to the cart.
- User account: If you already have an user account please sign in with your login data. If that is not the case you first need to register. No Worries: We respect privacy policy and guarantee a secure handling with your personal data.
- Purchase: When you have checked again your input data and everything is correct you can pruchase you desired item by clicking the respective button.
Some items can't be added to the cart directly. In that case you can directly get in contact with us via the integrated button at item detail view (Purchase on request).
How can i pay at lapmed.de?
Payment methods available are payment in advance or pay cash on site pickup (no shipping cost).
How and under what conditions will the delivery take place?
Standard shipping is at products with a maximum weight of 31.5 kg, length of longest side of 120 cm and constist of a maximum girth of 300 cm. Is this the case the following costs arise for shipping:

Limitation properties of packages that can be shipped:
- maximum weight: 31.5 kg
- maximum length 120 cm
- girth of 300 cm
An expert packaging of your purchased items is guaranteed by us. On wish we ship several large equipment like CTs or MRIs or X-ray systems in wooden boxes.
In addition there is a national/international shipping possible on request.
What are my options if I dislike the product?
If you dislike a product at delivery please get in contact with us. A return is onyl available on request.
What are my options if I have forgotten my password?
In that case just submit us via the link "forgot your password". In short you'll receive an email (to the given adress by you) by us with a new password.
